The property is 98 acres of beautiful wooded land located just outside Camden, TN. The purchase price is $284,250 total to acquire the site. The business plan involves subdividing the property into multiple separate 5-10 acre estates for single family home construction.

Financials

Apex Land is seeking $355,000 in equity investment for the project. Returns are projected at a 1.5x equity multiple over a 6 month hold. Investors receive 100% of distributions until all their invested capital is returned, plus an additional 50%. Over this 1.5x preferred return, the GP receives 100% of distributions from the project.

Apex is offering a select group of investors the opportunity to co-invest alongside them in the Project.
