Financials
Apex Land is seeking $355,000 in equity investment for the project. Returns are projected at a 1.5x equity multiple over a 6 month hold. Investors receive 100% of distributions until all their invested capital is returned, plus an additional 50%. Over this 1.5x preferred return, the GP receives 100% of distributions from the project.
Apex is offering a select group of investors the opportunity to co-invest alongside them in the Project.
